This studio is filled with light, love and compassion. The teachers are excellent, guiding you through poses and giving alternatives should you have a problem with that pose. You will leave totally relaxed. The other women are friendly and welcoming. Try this studio, you will be glad you did!

Three Month Class Cards
Do you have a vacation coming up or if you are not planning on being here on a regular basis, you can take advantage of buying a three month punch card. Punch your card when you come in and enjoy a class for just $8.00 per class! We also offer a senior discount for 60 and up! We always have a drop in rate of just $10. per class.
Mineola Nature Preserve
Serenity Yoga studio is located out by the Mineola Nature Preserve. Enjoy the view from the studio and see our longhorns roaming part of this preserve. Enjoy the walking trails, biking trails, bird watching, and fishing in the ponds. Mineola is just a couple miles away.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
We have a few extra mats for your first few visits but you'll want to pick up your own.
What do I wear?
If your not sure what to wear we recommend that you wear something comfortable that moves with you and a more fitted shirt that won't be slipping up if your in a downward pose.
Also we recommend you bring a water with you and arrive 10 minutes early to class.
