Helpful information~
Your studio experience includes props to assist you with your practice. Bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye pillows to ensure you have the best experience. Extra mats are available if you don’t have your own.
Yoga Experience~
No previous yoga experience is necessary. We offer yoga for beginners to the more advanced. So join any class and our instructor will assist you.
